llSC items usually ship out next BUSINESS day as long as the item is in stock, but at least within 4 business days. Items ship FROM NORTHERN CA VIA USPS first class (3-5 days) unless USPS priority (2-3 days)  is selected at checkout .

returns/EXCHANGES

All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

rETURNS- MUST BE INITIATED VIA EMAIL MRA@LINELIFESUPPLY.COM. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING. TRACKING IS SUGGESTED AS WE ARE NOT LIABLE IF THE RETURN GETS LOST IN THE MAIL.

ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN WITH TAGS ON, RETURNS WILL BE CREDITED THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT LESS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

EXCHANGES- there is a $8.95-$14.95 fee (depending on the weight of your item) for exchanges which includes a prepaid return envelope to send the exchange back in.  any custom item is final sale.
